Chinese know about the 5 elements. Jin 金， mu 木， shui 水， huo 火， tu 土。If they follow their ancestors reasoning, tu sheng jin 土生金. Earth gives metal,... metal gives water. Collecting porcelain becomes second nature to them as it gives a well being of wealth and prosperity as they appreciate their Chinese culture.
Porcelain is so well liked by the Chinese people that it becomes an art. The mastery of the porcelain making becomes a beautiful piece of art. The art form can be in different shapes and sizes. Painted, carved, drawn, moulded, fired in kilns.
